Agreement

By using Reflect, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Purchases

Reflect offers report packs and an optional subscription as in-app purchases. All payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Prices are shown before you confirm any purchase.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple, and refund requests are managed by Apple under the terms of the App Store. Reflect cannot directly issue refunds for App Store purchases. To request a refund, use Apple's “Report a Problem” page or your App Store account.

Subscription Renewal

A subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before it ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Acceptable Use

Only upload conversations you have the right to share. Do not use Reflect to harass, surveil, or harm others, or in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of the people in your conversations.

AI Limitations

Reflect uses AI to generate reflective observations based on conversation patterns. Insights are interpretive, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and should not be treated as professional psychological, medical, or legal advice. Always use your own judgment.

No Guarantees

Reflect is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any insight is correct or suitable for a particular purpose.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Reflect after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
